Abstract:
Abstract: Polysulfone blend membranes are fabricated by phase inversion process from casting solution of PSF, pure water as non-solvent. Add Polyvinyl pyrrolidone and FeCl2 into casting solution is order to change hydrophilic of polysulfone membrane in membrane process. Complextion characterization was performanced by IR and SEM, hydrophilic characterization was performanced by contact angle machine. The morphology of the membrane was controlled by changing the concentration of PSF, kinds of pvp, concentration of FeCl2 and so on. It was found that the membrace morphologies were changes by pvp and FeCl2 obviously. The parameters for membrane fabrication with good performances were summarized. The rate of rejection to bovine serum album(BSA) in solution(1g/L) is above 95%.
