Abstract:
CO2 separation is one of the most important subjects on energy and environment. Compared with conventional CO2 capture processes, membrane technology for CO2 capture has been attracting more and more attention due to low investment, low energy consumption and environmental friendliness. In this paper, CO2 separation membranes were classified by permselective mechanisms. Recent research results on membranes for CO2 separation were mainly reviewed. Achievements of our research group on reaction-selective membranes for CO2 separation were introduced. Further more, future development trends for CO2 separation membranes were discussed.
