Abstract:
 A novel composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by the interfacial polymerization(IP) between Sodium Alginate(AGS) and trimesoyl chloride(TMC) on the polysulfone(PSF) UF membrane. The influences of preparation conditions on the performance of composite NF were discussed, and the surface and cross-section morphologies of the prepared membrane were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM). It was found that composite nanofiltration membrane with excellent rejection performance could be prepared while the concentration of Sodium Alginate was 2.0%, the concentration of TMC was 0.25%, the reaction time of TMC was 30 s, and the curing time was 10 min at 50℃.The rejection of 1000 mg•L-1 Na2SO4 slution was about 84.9% and the flux was about 12.2L•m-2•h-1 at the operating pressure of 1.0MPa.
