Abstract:
<p>As the application area of reverse osmosis membrane expanding, the condition of feed are becoming more various, the optimum design of spiral-wound reverse osmosis membrane element in dealing with improving fouling resistant capability and reducing the system energy consumption has already become the spotlight of the design of reverse osmosis membrane element. This article analyzes factors in the component design of spiral- wound reverse osmosis membrane the fouling resistan capability that affects the service life of the component and the processes that have impact on the system running consumption by combining theoretical simulation experiments with actual products manufacturing, aiming to get the optimized design combination. The main processes include the thickness、deepness and entry angle of the spacer, and the optimize of the page of membrane element . The conclusion will produce the spiral wound reverse osmosis membrane component which have high fouling resistant capability, low system energy consumption and high economic capability. The conclusion also have the instruction on design of the spiral wound reverse osmosis membrane component which versatility and diversification.</p>
