Abstract:
To reduce the membrane separation of concentration polarization and membrane fouling, this paper proposes a novel membrane separation module, spiral membrane separator. By numerical simulation, the minimum working conditions of spiral membrane separator is determined, and analysis the axial velocity of fluid flow, the circumferential velocity, the wall shear stress and pressure characteristics of the spiral membrane separator, deeply and comprehensively understand the separation mechanism.
