Abstract:
 As a new technology, MBR technology has been widespread concerned and large-scale engineering applied gradually on industrial and municipal wastewater reuse, but there is almost no introduction on applying MBR technology for micro-polluted surface water. In this paper, the phase I project of Wenyu river water resources utilization as the research object, through nearly five years of operation and data tracking, The results showed that, the removal efficiency of MBR technology for all pollutants in micro-polluted surface water resources engineering application is relatively stable, and the water quality can reach the surface water class III basically except TN; Seasonal temperature changes of surface water lead to the water production of membrane periodically change , the membrane operation flux also constantly decay with the extension of  filtration time; Appropriate pretreatment measures, keep reasonable sludge concentration, suitable operation flux and effective chemical cleaning frequency and concentration during operation can effectively control membrane fouling;  The power consumption is still constitute the main body of direct operating costs, the cost especially the power consumption will be dropped sharply only by increasing the water production..
