Abstract:
 A enantioselective membrane was prepared by mixed [Zn2Camph2(dabco)]·DMF·H2O and cellulose acetate. The enantioseparation parameters of the mixed membrane for D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine was optimized by operating pressure, dialysis time, feed concentration of D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine, etc. When the feed concentrateion of D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine was 0.3mg/mL, over 42.4% of enantiomeric excess(e.e.) could be obtained by dialysis. The results showed that the MOFs-cellulose acetate mixed membrane can separate the optical isomers of D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine.
