中空纤维多孔膜性能评价方法探讨

摘要:
常规的中空纤维多孔膜性能评价指标有孔径、通量等,目前已有的方法不全面、细致,存在两方面问题,一是测试方法不统一,导致各个膜生产商提供的数据缺乏可比性;二是一些实际应用关注的重要的性能无明确指标或方法来表征,对于实际用户在膜的选用方面造成困扰。本文就此方面进行探讨,尝试规范统一中空纤维多孔膜性能评价方法,提出主要的一些中空纤维多孔膜性能指标及其测试方法,为实际应用、为准确评价市场上众多的中空纤维多孔膜提供依据。
There are many routine evaluating indicators widely adopted for the evaluation of hollow fiber porous membranes, which include pore size/diameter, pore size distribution, porosity, permeating flux, rejection rate, and molecular weight cut-off, et al.
But the membrane performance data provided by different membrane corporations could hardly be directly compared, owing to the evaluation method and the evaluation conditions of the membranes are quite different. What’s more, there’re still many important and factual properties of the membranes could not be correctly characterized or described owing to the lack of widely accepted evaluation method or indicators. The lack of uniform standard on the evaluation of commercial hollow fiber membranes greatly encumbered customers in selecting a suitable membrane.
In this paper, the main performance indicators and relative evaluation methods were introduced, in order to construct and uniform the evaluation standard of hollow fiber porous membranes, provide reliable method for the evaluation, selection and application of commercial hollow fiber porous membranes.
