粉末活性炭-硅藻土生物强化动态膜反应器过滤性能研究

摘要:
本实验将粉末活性炭-硅藻土生物强化动态膜反应器用于处理低浊地表水源。研究结果表明:本工艺具有运行通量大、有机物去除率高、动态膜的过滤阻力较小的特点,过滤过程可以用标准过滤模型来描述。通过电镜观察得到动态膜是由滤饼层、凝胶层和滤网组成,凝胶层紧贴在滤网表面,是由硅藻土、活性炭颗粒和微生物代谢物组成的,凝胶层的存在有利于动态膜自生时间的缩短。
The powder activated carbon-diatomite biologically enhanced dynamic membrane reactor (PAC-DE DMR) is designed for low turbidity raw surface water treatment. Experimental results indicated that the reactor had the advantages of high ?ltration ?ux, high removal efficiency of the pollutants, and low filtration resistance. The filtration process of the dynamic membrane obeyed the standard filtration model. The scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated that the dynamic membrane consisted of cake layer, gel layer and the support layer, and the gel layer was tightly adhered to the support layer. The gel layer was formed by the PAC-DE particles and microbial products, which made the self-forming time of dynamic membrane short.
