疏水性silicalite-1/zein复合担载膜的制备及醇/水分离性能评价

摘要:
采用旋涂技术在多孔氧化铝基片上制备silicalite-1/zein疏水性复合膜,为增强silicalite-1粒子的疏水性和在zein基液中的均匀分散性,采用六甲基二硅氮烷的表面改性技术和球磨分散工艺,制备结构均一、厚度在10μm左右复合担载膜。渗透蒸发实验表明:silicalite-1/zein疏水性复合膜在303K 和313K下分别对含3%(质量分数,下同)和5%乙醇的水溶液进行乙醇组分的提浓,其总的渗透通量和乙醇分离因子分别为0.73~0.82 kg.m-2.h-1和4.5 ~ 8.7。
Hydrophobic silicalite-1/zein composite membrane supported on a porous alumina tablet was prepared by spin coating process. Surface modification by hexamethyldisilazane and ball-milling processes could improve the dispersivity and homogeneity of silicalite-1 particles in zein ethanol solution. The homogeneous silicalite-1/zein composite membrane has an average thickness of 10μm. The pervaporation experiments show that silicalite-1/zein composite membrane can effectively concentrate ethanol from 3% and 5% ( mass fraction ) ethanol feed by pervaporation process. The total permeation fluxes and separation factors of ethanol at 303K and 313K are from 0.73 to 0.82kg.m-2.h-1 and from 4.5 to 8.7, respectively.
