膜碱性清洗剂的制备及其性能研究

摘要:
随着超滤膜的应用不断扩大,膜污染问题也日趋严重,从而使膜的通透性迅速下降,膜的使用期限大大缩短,生产成本增加。针对超滤膜的污染,我们采用正交实验法进行实验室模拟,研制出一种高效的碱性膜清洗剂。同时对膜的清洗进行了试验,其膜的通量恢复率可以达到110%以上,有效延长了膜的使用寿命。
 With widely  applications of membrane technoloy, membrane fouling becomes more and more concern.The filtration efficiency is declined quickly due to membrane fouling,which may reduce membrane life and increase the costs..In this paper, laboratory simulation tests were carried out for developing best alkaline cleaning agent in  UF membrane process.The resulys indicated that membrane flux can be recovered up to 110% after cleaning,which relatively prolongs the membrane usage.
