空气隙膜蒸馏系统膜面处流场特性研究

摘要:
:空气隙膜蒸馏系统作为一种高效的蒸馏技术,膜面处流场的特性研究对于提高整个空气隙膜蒸馏系统的传热和传质效率非常重要。本文利用高频PIV系统独有的高频特性,对空气隙膜蒸馏系统膜面处瞬态流场和湍流场进行了研究。由瞬态流场得到膜面附近流场中涡从开始产生到变大再到逐渐消失的变化规律,对不同入流速度下膜面附近流场的湍流强度进行对比,得到膜面附近的瞬态流场和湍流强度随着入流速度的变化趋势。为进一步研究空气隙膜蒸馏系统奠定了一定的数据和理论基础。
 
Abstract:Air gap membrane distillation system is an efficient distillation technology .Characteristics of membrane surface flow field is very important for improving the heat transfer and mass transfer efficiency of the air gap membrane distillation system. The transient flow field and turbulence field at the membrane surface were studied with high frequency PIV system in this paper. The transient flow field showed the vortex from the generation to disappear. Turbulence intensity of the flow field near the membrane surface were compared under different inflow velocity and obtained transient flow and turbulence intensity trends near the membrane surface with different inflow velocity. This article provided some data and theoretical foundation for further study of air gap membrane distillation system.
