A2O-MBR组合工艺深度处理液晶TFT-LCD废水的试验研究

摘要:
 采用A2O-MBR组合工艺处理液晶TFT-LCD废水,并对其处理效果和工艺运行稳定性进行中试研究。试验结果表明,A2O-MBR组合工艺对液晶TFT-LCD废水具有良好且稳定的处理效果,在试验条件下,系统出水COD≤35mg/L、NH3-N≤5 mg/L、TN ≤15mg/L、TP≤0.33mg/L、浊度≤0.2NTU,可稳定达到《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)的要求。试验运行期间,MBR系统可在高通量下稳定运行,跨膜压差始终在0.04bar~0.06bar之间,采用低浓度化学清洗对膜的渗透性能恢复较好。
 
 Using the A2O-MBR combined process for treating TFT-LCD wastewater, and the treatment effect and operational stability were studied. The experimental results showed that the combined process of A2O-MBR has a good treatment effect and stability of TFT-LCD wastewater, under the experimental conditions, the effluent COD, NH3-N, TN, TP and turbidity were ≤35mg/L, ≤5mg/L, ≤15mg/L, ≤0.33mg/L, ≤0.2NTU, meeting the requirements of The reuse of urban recycling water--Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption (GB/T18920-2002). During the test, MBR system was stable operation at high flux, and the transmembrane pressure always between 0.04bar to 0.06bar, membrane permeability has a good recovery performance under the chemical cleaning of low concentration.
