烧结助剂对氧化铝陶瓷支撑体性能的影响研究

摘要:
以α-Al2O3为骨料,分别以CuO-TiO2、Cu2O-TiO2为烧结助剂,采用滚压成型和固态粒子烧结法制备单管式α-Al2O3陶瓷支撑体。研究分析了烧结助剂对支撑体烧结温度、晶相组成和微观形貌等的影响。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和自制装置对成品进行表征。研究结果表明:添加TiO2-Cu2O也能促进支撑体烧结的致密性,当最高烧结温度为1200℃,Cu2O最佳添加量为0.7% (wt%),此时制得的支撑体性能较好,孔隙率为33.42%,纯水通量为7927.87 L/m2.h.MPa,抗折强度为81.47 MPa,酸/碱腐蚀重量损失率为0.97%/1.22%。
 
Single tube α-Al2O3 ceramic support with α-Al2O3 as aggregate and CuO-TiO2 and Cu2O-TiO2 as sintering agent respectively was prepared by flow-forming and solid sintering .The effect of sintering agent on the property of the sintering temperature, the composition of the crystal phase and the micro morphology was studied. The sample was characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and self-assembly equipment. The research results show that TiO2-Cu2O can also promote sintering compactness,and the support with the porosity 33.42%, pure water flux 7927.87 L/m2·h·MPa, bending strength 81.47 MPa and acid /alkali corrosion weight loss of the support 0.97%/1.22% was prepared well,when the highest sintering temperature was 1200℃ and the optimum addition of Cu2O was 0.7% (wt%).
