膜分离技术在脱硫废水零排放处理中的应用研究

摘要:
 本文采用“化学除硬+外置式有机管式超滤膜+OCRO管网式反渗透”组合膜工艺处理电厂脱硫废水,产水可用于锅炉回用水,产水水质情况如下:COD、电导率、TDS、Cl、总硅分别为50mg/L、900μS/cm、367 mg/L、225 mg/L、1 mg/L,结果表明此工艺可去除大多数结垢性离子和盐分,有效解决结垢堵塞问题,系统运行期间,膜通量运行稳定。分析浓水中总硅、Cl-、COD的平均浓度,分别为18mg/L、34g/L、420mg/L满足MVR蒸发进料要求。该组合膜工艺对电导率、TDS、COD、Cl-的去除率分别为96.5%、97.3%、95.3%、98.06%,可以稳定达到《城市污水再利用 工业用水水质》(GBT19923-2005)要求。
 The wastewater in desulfurization of a power plant was pretreated by "chemical dehardening + external organic tube ultrafiltration membrane + OCRO pipe network reverse osmosis".The water production can be used for boiler reuse. Rewerse osmosis water is as follows:The average concentrations of COD,conductivity,TDS, and Silicon were 50mg/L,900μS/cm,367 mg/L,225 mg/L,1 mg/L, respectively. The results show that most of ions and salts can be removed. Which can solve The problem of scaling and blockage effectively. During the system operation, the membrane flux was stable. The average concentrations of Silicon, Cl-, and COD were analyzed, which were 18mg/L、34g/L、420mg/L respectively, satisfying MVR evaporation. The removal rates of conductivity, TDS, COD, and Cl-of this combination process were 96.5%、97.3%、95.3%、98.06%, respectively. meeting the requirements of “The reuse of urban recycling water--Waterquality standard for industrial” (GB/T 18920-2002).
