中空外压超滤膜丝的数学模型与运行特性

摘要:
 针对中空外压超滤的亲水短膜丝与疏水长膜丝,分别进行了丝壁透水系数与丝程阻力系数的压力、流量及温度的测试分析;建立了外压膜丝的运行微分方程数学模型;分析了压力、温度、丝长、丝径、给水方式及透水系数等因素变化时,各项膜丝沿程运行参数分布的相应变化,从而较为全面地揭示了中空外压超滤膜丝的运行规律。
 This title has analyzed pressure , flow , and temperature characteristics of permeable and along-path resistance modulus for the hydrophilic short and the hydrophobic long fiber of outside-in hollow ultrafiltration membrane, established the running mathematical model by using the permeability and resistance coefficient of outside-in membrane fiber, discovered the distribution of along-path running characteristics of each fiber under the condition of changing property of feed pressure, temperature, type, fiber length, permeable and resistance modulus to comprehensively reveal the running rule by using single short hydrophilic and long hydrophobic inside-out hollow fiber.
