膜法制糖技术研究现状、挑战与展望

摘要:
 膜法制糖技术通过分离膜精确的物理筛分作用将蔗汁中的非糖成分逐级去除,从而实现蔗糖产品的绿色化和多样化制备,有望变革传统化学制糖工艺。本文综述了膜法制糖技术的最新研究进展,首先简要介绍了针对甘蔗汁、原糖回溶糖浆和糖蜜三种不同原料的膜法制糖工艺,然后重点阐述了膜法制糖技术大规模应用存在的难点及其相关研究成果,主要包括膜浓缩液处理、膜污染控制和清洗。最后对膜法制糖技术的未来研究方向进行展望,为该技术的工业化应用提供理论指导。
  Membrane-based sugar production technology removes the non-sugar components in cane juice step by step through the precise physical sieving effect of the separation membranes, thereby realizing the green and diversified preparation of cane sugar products, which is expected to replace the traditional chemical sugar production processes. This article reviews the latest research progress of sugar production by membrane technology. First, it briefly introduces three membrane-based sugar production processes for different feeds, such as sugarcane juice, raw sugar remelting syrup and molasses. Then the main bottleneck problems for large-scale application of membrane technology in sugar production are emphasized, mainly including membrane concentrate treatment, membrane fouling control and cleaning, and the relevant research outcomes (e.g. diafiltration for sucrose recovery from the concentrate, pretreatment, membrane modification, threshold flux concept for fouling control, two-step chemical or enzymatic cleaning) are also reviewed. Finally, the future research directions of membrane-based sugar production technology are prospected to provide theoretical guidance for its industrial applications.
