膜生物反应器脱氮除磷工艺处理城市污水的工程应用

摘要:
为强化城市污水脱氮除磷,研发了厌氧/缺氧/好氧/缺氧-膜生物反应器(A2/O/A-MBR)新工艺,并建设了设计处理规模为2万m3/d实际工程。对该工程的长期监测表明,出水COD、TN、NH4+-N和TP的平均浓度分别为20.6、6.67、1.05、0.19 mg•L-1,优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。后缺氧段的设置促进了内源反硝化,有效地强化了脱氮效果。膜截留对系统出水水质有一定的保障作用。A2/O/A-MBR工艺在实际工程应用中表现出良好的污染物去除效果和运行稳定性,具有良好的推广应用前景。
A novel anaerobic/anoxic/oxic/anoxic process combined with membrane bioreactor (A2/O/A-MBR) was proposed for enhancing nitrogen and phosphorus removal from municipal wastewater. A full scale plant with a designed capacity of 20,000 m3/d was constructed. Long-term operation demonstrated that the effluent COD, TN, NH4+-N and TP were 20.6, 6.67, 1.05, and 0.19 mg•L-1, respectively, which were lower than the standard A of the first class in the national "Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant". The additional anoxic phase in the process enhanced the biological nitrogen removal performance with endogenous denitrification. Membrane unit polished the effluent quality with interception to pollutants. The A2/O/A-MBR process has a promising prospect in practical application due to its preferable stability and high pollutants removal performance.
