膜吸收法海水烟气脱硫中试研究

摘要:
利用自行研制的错流式气液膜接触器及其膜吸收法烟气脱硫中试装置,以原海水作为吸收剂,针对火电厂燃煤机组排放的实际烟气,开展了烟气处理量为1000Nm3/h的膜法海水脱硫中试试验研究.主要考察了海水和烟气流量、烟气SO2浓度对脱硫效率的影响;开展了中试装置稳定运行试验、技术经济分析和环境影响分析.结果表明:膜吸收法海水烟气脱硫技术经济优势明显,环境友好,应用前景广阔.
A comprehensive investigation of the self-developed pilot plant for flue gas desulfurization was carried out, in which the flue gas was from coal-fired power generating unit and the absorbent was raw seawater. Meanwhile, the processing capacity of the pilot plant was about 1000Nm3/h. In the present work, the effects of various factors on desulfurization efficiency were considered, such as sea water and flue gas flow, SO2 concentration in flue gas. Furthermore, the running stability, technical economics evaluation and environmental impact of the pilot plant were studied. In addition, the results indicate that the membrane gas absorption for seawater flue gas desulfurization is of obvious technical and economic superiority and environment friendly, which has great potential in environmental protection fields.
