变压器油温度对Teflon-AF/陶瓷复合膜油气分离性能的影响

摘要:
 考察了变压器油的温度对Teflon-AF/陶瓷复合膜组件油气分离性能的影响。当变压器油温由40 °C增加到60 °C时,Teflon-AF/陶瓷复合膜不仅能够缩短各故障气体的平衡时间,而且还能显著提高气体的平衡浓度,其中H2的平衡浓度提高约30%,CO提高约40%,烃类提高约10%。实验表明恰当的油温能够有效改善Teflon-AF/陶瓷复合膜脱气效果。根据这一规律设计制作了具有油温恒温控制功能的脱气装置,使变压器油温恒定在60 °C,可以在1.5 h内实现6种故障特征气体的油气平衡,而且监测数据更加准确可靠,有望在变压器在线监测产品中推广应用。
 The effect of oil temperature on the oil-gas separation characteristics of Teflon-AF/ceramic composite membrane module was studied. When the temperature increased from 40 °C to 60 °C, the Teflon-AF/ceramic composite membrane could not only shorten the equilibrium time of all the fault gases, but also remarkably enhance the equilibrium concentration of H2 by about 30%, CO by about 40%, and hydrocarbons by about 10%, indicating that the proper oil temperature can improve the degassing efficacy of this membrane. A temperature-controllable degassing machine has been designed based on the he experimental results and on which, the oil-gas equilibrium time reduced from 5h to 1.5h and the monitoring data obtained was more precise and repeatable. The machine is quite applicable to the dissolved gas-in-oil monitoring system.
