层层自组装“三明治”结构纳滤膜实现高效镁锂分离

摘要:
 本文报道了中国科学院上海高等研究院近期在层层自组装(LBL)纳滤膜材料设计和组件制备的最新进展. 研究提出了“三明治”新型纳滤膜结构,并在4寸组件基础上实现高效镁锂分离.在处理浓度为2000 mg/L,Mg2+:Li+=20:1(质量比)的模拟盐湖卤水时, 结果表明该膜对Mg2+的截留率为99.7%,镁锂分离系数为176. 该结果是目前文献报道可工程化的最好的之一。
 This communication reported a new design of layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembled “Sandwich” structured nanofiltration membrane and 4-inch hollow fiber module for Mg2+/Li+ separation. When testing a synthetic salt lake brine of 2000 mg/L at Mg2+: Li+=20:1, the rejection of the membrane module for Mg2+ was 99.7%, and the separation factor SMg2+,Li+ was 176. These values set new record for nanofiltration membrane performance in Mg2+/Li+ separation with engineering potential.
