Tr?ger's Base型聚酰亚胺/磺化聚醚醚酮复合质子交换膜制备及性能

摘要:
 为解决质子交换膜质子传导率与稳定性间相互制约的问题,设计合成了一种强碱性Tröger's Base型聚酰亚胺(PI-TB),通过与磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)共混制备出复合质子交换膜。通过红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、热失重分析(TGA)、拉伸试验等表征了膜的化学结构、热稳定性和机械强度,考察了PI-TB加入量对膜的吸水率、溶胀度、离子交换容量和质子传导率的影响。结果表明,PI-TB与SPEEK之间存在的静电和氢键相互作用提高了膜的机械强度和结构稳定性。当PI-TB共混量为20 %(质量分数)时,复合膜(PS-20)的质子传导率为102 mS/cm(60oC、100% RH);拉伸强度达93.13MPa,为纯SPEEK膜的2.4倍;60oC、60% RH下,PS-20膜的质子传导率为6.78 mS/cm,是纯SPEEK膜的4.6倍。
 
 
Abstract: In order to solve the problem of mutual restriction between proton conductivity and stability of proton exchange membrane, a strong basic Tröger's Base polyimide (PI-TB) was designed and blended with sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) to prepare a composite proton exchange membrane in this paper. Chemical structure, thermal stability and mechanical strength of the membranes were characterized by FT-IR, TGA, mechanical strength testing machine. Besides, the water uptake, swelling ratio, ion exchange capacity and proton conductivity of the membrane were tested. The electrostatic and hydrogen bonding interactions between PI-TB and SPEEK enhance the mechanical strength and structural stability of the membrane. When the blending amount of PI-TB was 20 %, the proton conductivity of the composite membrane (PS-20) was 102 mS/cm (60oC, 100% RH); the tensile strength of PS-20 membrane was 93.13MPa, 2.4 times that of the SPEEK membrane; at 60% RH, the proton conductivity of PS-20 was 6.78mS/cm, 4.6 times as high as that of the SPEEK membrane.
