Treatment of PVC Centrifugal Mother Liquid by Reverse Osmosis

Abstract:
 Applying reverse osmosis twice for PVC centrifugal mother liquor in the pilot test, the filtrate conductance of the first step separation of reverse osmosis was 42.3µs。The effect of pressure on membrane flux and filtrate conductance in the second reverse osmosis process was analyzed. It showed that the lowest outcome filtrate conductance was 7.37 µs when the pressure was 1MPa. After determining the parameter of pressure, the effect of runtime on membrane flux, filtrate conductance, COD in the second reverse osmosis process was analyzed.
