Abstract:
The ceramic membrane is widely used in the treatment of oilywater in the recent years. The treatment process of oilywater, including transmembrane pressure differential, processing temperture and the concentration of oil droplets and suspended particle are closely related to particle diameter selecticity of discret phase. This paper simulates the influnce of those factors at a mirolevel using FLUENT software. The results show that under proper transmembrane pressure differential ,membrane pollution is greatly reduced and the flitering effect is greatly improved as well by increaing processing temperature and minimizing the concentration of the oily droplets and suspension particles (pretreatment of oily wastewater).
