Abstract:
In order to research the best operating parameters of the regenerate experiment of MDEA rich liquid ,The experiments with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membrane were studied,the effect of H2S separation with separation factor was analysed, the temperature, vacuum and consistence of HS- effect on separation factor and regeneration rate were researched. The regeneration rate and separation factor were analysised as a research object, the best regeneration temperature and vacuum degree were decided; The experimental results show that as the temperature and vacuum degree incresed,the separation factor decreased, the concentration of HS- had little effect on the separation factor, the best regeneration temperature is 55℃~60 ℃, the best vacuum degree is 20kPa.
