Abstract:
 Develop an efficient small-scale reverse osmosis seawater desalination device(10t/d)used in outlying sea, and do a great deal of experiments in diverse working condition on its performance. Study the output freshwater quantity、the output freshwater conductivity、the energy consumption, etc of the reverse osmosis seawater desalination in fixed quantity. The experiment result indicates that the operating pressure and the operating temperature are the main effect to the reverse osmosis seawater desalination device. The higher the operating pressure, the more the output freshwater quantity, the lower the output freshwater conductivity, the less the energy consumption of per ton freshwater.The higher the operating temperature, the more the output freshwater quantity, the higher the output freshwater conductivity, the less the energy consumption of per ton freshwater.The operating pressure and the operating temperature vary differently in fixed output water quantity. The energy recovery device is very important to energy consumption of per ton freshwater. When the operating pressure is 6MPa, the energy consumption of per ton freshwater can reduce by 58%.
