Abstract:
In recent years, the preparation of graphene-based electrospinning separation membranes has attracted increasing attention. This review briefly introduces the latest progress of porous nanofiber membranes fabricated by graphene-based materials. The basic principle of electrospinning for membrane fabrication is introduced. Two types of graphene-based electrostatic spinning membranes are discussed: bulk blending and surface loading. The application of graphene-based electrospinning membranes in water treatment, membrane distillation desalination and air purification are summarized. Prospects of graphene-based electrospinning membranes are also proposed.
