Abstract:
 In this paper, polyvinylidene fluoride chlorotrifluoroethylene (PVDF-CTFE) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) are blended in 2:3, and the preparation process of the porous membrane is optimized by the orthogonal experiment design method.The results show that when the solid content is 18wt% and the total content of composite additives is 18wt%, where propylene glycol:polyethylene glycol 400 is 1:1, the porous film has a water contact angle of 93.8°and a tensile breaking strength of 2.63MPa; When the wall thickness is 150nm, the porous membrane ultrafiltration water flux can reach 183L/(m2·h), and the air permeability coefficient can reach 0.8mL/(m2·s·Pa).
