Abstract:
 In order to optimize the spinning formula of PVDF hollow fiber membrane and improve the performance of PVDF membrane, the effects of the formula on the performance and structure of PVDF hollow fiber membrane prepared by Non solvent induced phase separation method were discussed by using orthogonal experimental design and three factors: PVDF mass fraction, PVP mass fraction and PEG molecular weight. The results showed that the higher the mass fraction of PVDF in the casting solution, the greater the strength and tensile elongation of the hollow fiber membrane. Through the morphological structure analysis of the membrane fibers, the higher the mass fraction of PVDF, the denser membrane fibers structure, the fewer pores of surface face of the membrane fibers, and the smaller pores diameter of the membrane fibers; The higher the mass fraction of PVP, the higher the flux of membrane fibers and the more pores on the outer surface of membrane fibers. Considering the requirements of various performance parameters and the design of formula, the primary and secondary order of factors is PVDF mass fraction, PVP mass fraction and PEG molecular weight. The optimal scheme can be PVDF mass fraction 14%, PVP mass fraction 20% and PEG molecular weight 600.
