Abstract:
Abstract: In this paper, in the field of blood purification, the effect of hollow fiber membrane with different permeabilities on the internal filtration and clearance of uremic toxins was investigated in the dialyzers, and the albumin sieving coefficient was tested. The results showed that the enhanced membrane permeability effectively improved the internal filtration of the dialyzers and thus increased the effect of convective transport during hemodialysis, which means that the ability of the dialyzers to remove medium and large molecular weight solutes was obviously improved. In this experiment, when the membrane permeability reached the maximum, the solute removal ability of the dialyzers was the best, and the albumin sieving coefficient met the clinical requirements. This research contributes to the development of high-performance dialyzers to improve treatment effects for patients with kidney disease.
