Abstract:
 Abstract: Research on domestic high-pressure NF salt separation system in a large chemical group company of 55000m³/d zero liquid discharge project, to explore the actual operating conditions of high-pressure NF membrane under high TDS, including feed water pressure, differential pressure, and sulfate rejection rate. The result shows that the system achieved a stable salt separation effect after 240 days operation, the sulfate rejection rate is greater than 99.7%, Chloride rejection rate is 1.2%. But due to the continuous cyclic concentration of COD, the feed water pressure increases from the initial 2.22Mpa to 3.72Mpa, at the same time, the study shows that 34mil spacer has obvious advantages over 28mil spacer on differential pressure.
